What is HBOT?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, or HBOT, is a natural yet powerful therapy that involves breathing 100% pure oxygen inside a pressurised chamber. This process delivers oxygen to your cells at levels significantly higher than what is possible under normal atmospheric conditions.

In this pressurised environment—typically 1.5 to 3 times the normal air pressure—your lungs can absorb more oxygen, and that oxygen is dissolved into your blood plasma, not just carried by red blood cells.
