ORDER DISPATCH DELAYS

Please note that our Distribution Centre will be closed from 24th December - 28th December so that our team can enjoy a well-deserved break. Any orders placed during this time will be processed from 29th December onwards. Please allow up to 5 days for your dispatch notification.


MINIMUM SPEND

There is no minimum spend for an order.


DELIVERY TIMELINES

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Orders will be dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Following dispatch, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order within North Island, 5-7 days for rural and South Island deliveries.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Holidays and Sales), wild weather or other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Prana+Therapy’s reasonable control.


DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping is based on the weight + volume and region your parcel will be delivered to.


PACKAGING

We use eco-friendly Sustainable Packaging which uses recyclable materials. Your order will be protected in a cardboard box, paper filling and/or corn pop starch.

Note: your order may arrive in multiple boxes. For example, Eco Warrior 5KG is always shipped separately to all other items to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.


TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from Prana+Therapy via Shopify, including a link for tracking details. If you have any questions about your shipped order, please email info@pranatherapy.nz and our Customer Service team will assist you with your enquiry, they aim to respond to all correspondence within 24 hours.


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature (if this option is selected) when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'.

If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This will be where the driver deems appropriate.

In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.


SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.


SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

Yes! We are able to ship to PO boxes and Private Bags. Please note, should your order be oversized a Collection Card will be left inside your PO Box or Private Bag for you to be able to collect your order from your PO Box or Private Bag provider directly. Please ensure when collecting your parcel you bring your Collection Card or Consignment number as well as your photo ID, letting them know that it was sent with Courier Post and will be a white rectangle cardboard box.


LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on order@pranatherpy.nz; they aim to reply within 24 hours. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within New Zealand.

If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your favourite Prana+Therapy products, we are happy to assist you.

Simply email our Customer Service team on order@pranatherapy.nz with details of what you would like to order. We'll use this to calculate your shipping costs. We use NZPost postage calculation found here. We'll send you an invoice which can be paid via Credit Card.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
