REFUND POLICY


Within New Zealand.

We hope that you will be delighted with your Prana+Therapy purchase and that it arrives in perfect condition.

If, in the unlikely event, Prana+Therapy arrives in damaged condition, please take photos and send along with your proof of purchase to info@pranatherapy.nz.

We operate on a case by case basis and will replace caps, misters, bottles.

For other items such as aromatherapy humidifiers, if you change your mind we will happily replace or refund, simply send proof of purchase along with the reason for return to info@pranatherapy.nz; note: the customer is responsible for packing up the product well and pays for return postage.


CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Consumer Guarantees Act which cannot be excluded. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our change of mind policy above.

In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Prana+Therapy will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.

What can I use as proof of purchase

You may use e-receipt tax invoice as proof of purchase.

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

 

How long will my return take?

For returns via post, products typically take 2 to 7 business days to reach our warehouse. We recommend returning items with tracking and a signature required on delivery to ensure your order is returned to us safely.

Once we have received your return we will process your exchange or refund on the closest Thursday. Please allow refunds 3 to 5 business days for the funds to clear back into your account. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of return postage when returning a product unless its deemed faulty.

How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?

In order to return an item purchased with Afterpay, you must check that you meet the above return conditions and, if so, make the return via post in accordance with the procedure above.
